How Our Pricing Works
Comfort Sole Foot Care is a private-pay mobile RN foot care practice. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not bill insurance or assist with insurance reimbursement. All services are priced per visit and confirmed when you schedule. There are no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, and no pressure to book services you do not need.
Thickened Toenail Reduction and Non-invasive Callus Care are included when appropriate during your scheduled appointment — they are not separately priced. Foot Health Education is included with every visit.
Services & Pricing
Initial Foot Care Assessment
Your first appointment includes a review of your health history, careful visual observation of your feet, and routine foot care services appropriate for your visit. Thickened toenail reduction and non-invasive callus care are included when appropriate. Foot Health Education is included.
Best for: Anyone scheduling foot care for the first time, or patients transitioning to in-home care.
Routine In-Home Foot Care — 1 Person
Ongoing nail and skin maintenance for established clients. Includes nail trimming and filing, general foot maintenance, and Foot Health Education. Thickened toenail reduction and non-invasive callus care are included when appropriate.
Best for: Established clients maintaining regular general foot health.
Routine In-Home Foot Care — 2 People
Two established clients at the same residential address seen during a single visit. Each person receives a full routine foot care appointment. Thickened toenail reduction and non-invasive callus care are included when appropriate for each client.
Best for: Two established clients — such as a couple or two family members — living at the same address.
Group Routine Rate — 4+ Clients
A reduced per-client rate for groups of four or more established clients scheduled at the same location during a single visit. Ideal for senior living communities, adult day programs, or households with multiple clients.
Best for: Groups of 4 or more established clients at the same location — assisted living, memory care, adult day programs, or multi-client households.
Initial Home Visit Outside of Columbus — 1 Person
Initial Foot Care Assessment for clients located outside the primary service area. Includes all elements of the standard Initial Foot Care Assessment. Travel outside the primary service area is reflected in the visit rate.
Best for: New clients located outside North Columbus, Gahanna, Westerville, New Albany, and Johnstown.
Routine Home Visit Outside of Columbus — 1 Person
Routine foot care for established clients located outside the primary service area. Includes all elements of the standard Routine Foot Care visit. Travel outside the primary service area is reflected in the visit rate.
Best for: Established clients located outside North Columbus, Gahanna, Westerville, New Albany, and Johnstown.
Facility, Group & Community Routine Foot Care
On-site routine foot care for residents and participants at assisted living communities, memory care facilities, independent living communities, and adult day programs. Group scheduling, recurring visit arrangements, and facility partnership agreements are available.
Best for: Assisted living communities, memory care facilities, independent living communities, and adult day programs.

Included With Every Appointment
- Foot Health Education — practical, personalized guidance for caring for your feet at home
- Thickened Toenail Reduction — included when appropriate during your scheduled visit

- Referral recommendation to your physician or podiatrist if anything observed warrants follow-up
Payment Information

Comfort Sole Foot Care is a private-pay mobile RN foot care practice. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not bill insurance or assist with insurance reimbursement. All services are billed directly to the patient or their family.

We accept cash, personal check, and major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected at the time of service. Pricing is confirmed when you schedule — no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons.
Serving Assisted Living & Care Communities
Comfort Sole partners with assisted living communities, memory care facilities, independent living communities, and adult day programs to provide scheduled on-site foot care visits for residents and participants. Group scheduling, recurring visit arrangements, and facility partnership agreements are available.
